Geosphere LLC is an independent operations geology consulting firm headquartered in Brookshire, TX.
Founded to bring a communications and client-focused approach to geosteering, Geosphere utilizes geology, geophysics, and operations geology experience to make the best decisions while drilling a horizontal well to land, drill, and increase in-target percentages. These results decrease drilling time, increase well productivity, and provide a streamlined approach towards operations geology.

Expertise in field delineation, well planning, operations geology, and geosteering leads to increased efficiency, smoother drilling, and more productive wells. With over 400 wells drilled in North America with 20+ operators in more than a dozen unconventional plays, Geosphere can professionally evaluate and execute your drilling program. Available to work in-house to provide a client-centric collaborative approach.
REMOTE GEOSTEERING
Using the latest in unconventional geosteering techniques and software, Geosphere can maximize your in-zone percentage smoothly and efficiently. Evaluating stratigraphic changes, structural variability, faulting, thickness differences, multiple type well correlating, and offset control leads to increased confidence in wellbore placement and smoother decisions when steering a well. Can act as a liason between field and office personnel, directing and communicating with multiple disciplines to ensure all objectives while drilling are met to the highest standards.
LEGACY WELL EVALUATION
Drilling programs rely on offset wells to help determine optimal landing zones, identify local stratigraphic and structural variations, and build isopachs for resource-in-place calculations. Geosphere can evaluate and build a field-scale assessment of both vertical and horizontal wells to provide high-quality interpretations of landing zones, petrophysical properties, and operator preferences.
